Who says that, just because you have a small lot, you can’t have a nice house? This one of a kind urban townhouse has all of the amenities found on the huge mega-lots squeezed onto a 2X3 lot.
This lot features a living room, dining room, sauna/bathhouse, a large loft, a master-bedroom suite, 5 bedrooms total, 6 bathrooms, a 1 car garage, an outdoor pool, and an awesome basement.
Most of the house is furnished, but the bedrooms (other than the master bedroom) have been left unfurnished.
Although this house is located in the city-center, the neighborhood is very safe, so safe that the garage doesn't even need a door! There’re plenty of bedrooms for those large sim families. For those who like to entertain, the huge loft with built in bar is sure to amaze your guests. And for those who like to party, the basement has been converted to a PRIVATE NIGHTCLUB!!
All this can be yours for only $188,436
