Charry cottage is a small house, perfect for a starter home.

Cherry Cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a goodsized kitchen with everything a sim needs. The livingroom has also a diningarea and there's room for a studycorner. The second bedroom is currently set up as a little girls room, but can easily be a nursery, study or even diningroom.

On the left of the property there's room for a driveway if you move the tree that is there. Have a great time with this download.
