For this darling domicile, I created the wooden siding myself. And because in the picture it was so small and so close to the road, I thought "I wonder if I can turn this into a starter home?". And I did everything I could to do so, while still making the outer home look like the painting by this wonderful artist. I am proud to say that I have achieved both!
The house is unfurnished, but you do have indoor plumbing which you may keep or sell until you find work to maintain this home.
