Ok, this took me forever to figure out all the building cheats, but I was successful and just in time for the spookiest day of the year! It'll be perfect for haunted houses or covens that you want to make. Just be sure to save up just over 49,000 as it pretty pricey.
All the exterior wall-covering is by me and that lovely two-tile Atrium window is by stepehnguy and is available on the MTS2 @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=131882
