This is a functional house (I played a few families in this one and I love the floor plan).

It has a large backyard, perfect for hosting a BBQ, and a pond which can supply your dinner. There is enough room in the backyard to build a skating ring or a swimming pool, maybe plant a few trees.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, living room, kitchen and corridor. There is also one room which can be turned into a bedroom, at the back of the garage.

I'm a beginner so I'd love your constructive criticism.
