That was an extract from the chapter in the book where Bond awakens in a beautiful restcure villa after having been beaten both within an inch of his life, and at an ominous and deadly game of Baccarat with Le Chiffre.

Onscreen, the hospital is located beside Lake Como, where the real Villa Balbianello is located, and this sequence filmed. If you look carefully under 'screenshots' below, you will see one picture of the original villa.

I've made the lot so that it can be played as residential or community. Just use the cheat 'changelotzoning [residential/community]' to switch between or to your preffered setting.

There are two bedrooms, clinically decorated but with good views. The gardens are on terraced levels, and a sweeping path leads visitors to the front door. The second building (The dumpy one) is unfurnished, but the main hospital is ready to visit or move into. There is a kitchen, a gym, reception, living room and tiolet. My favourite feature is the surgery room with operating table!
