Les Aventures De Tintin Location: Château De Moulinsart

Those of you who have never heard of Tintin, famous boy reporter, you may still be familiar with the well-known, brave but featureless face of Herge's character, and his friend Captain Haddock. I have been a lifelong fan of Tintin, and this has been a dream to make on The Sims2.

I have built the home that features in almost all the comic books, Marlinspike Hall, or Château De Moulinsart. It is an 8 bedroom mansion which is set in glorious countryside and has a beautifully stenciled front approach.

There is even a little outhouse for Professor Calculus, who lives with the Captain at Marlinsike Hall. Inside this you should add plenty of technical equipment to please the professor! There are walled and tree filled gardens.

Also there is a cellar, where the Captain discovered his fortunes, and where Tintin was held prisoner by the Bird brothers before the present onership. The very top floor offers 3 attic bedrooms, the middle of which could be for Nestor, the butler.
