Tikiforever - The Sea Breeze Cottage by lamammaforever

One more lot in tiki style, built for thanking the precious friends who recently wrote me kind messages for calming me down, and really encouraged me.
For let them know that I'm OK and my zen mood is winning the fight against the bad kharma, I've included some recolors of maxis stuff by me. :D

The Sea Breeze Cottage is the right one for a sims couple + 1 kid (or 3 sims, in any case). It's good if they have a pet too.



First floor: little kitchen, little but complete bath, large and warm living.
Here you can find the portrait of Aida del Rio, who owned this house where she had very good time.




Second floor: master and kid bedrooms, bath, and balcony.
Nice pool with a suggestive water fall.
Enough space for having great night parties on the beach, as Aida very often used to do.



The car is not included just because it was added after the packaging thing.
Gates all around which can be locked so you can avoid that visitors and animals walk around.
Alarms in discrete points.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for many many sim days.
I have all EPs and stuff packs, so probably you need the same for running this lot.

IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot. Aida is still alive, just moved to another house.

Please, do not upload anywhere (including Exchange) and do not claim at yours, at least and mostly because the CCs creators spent a lot of time in realizing something such gorgeous. If someone else would like to have it, just tell them to come here on MTS2.
As far as my recolors of maxis stuff, obviously you can use them, I'll be very glad.
