I made this house a while back on a computer that only has up to Nightlife when I was reading through a couple of EXCELLENT building tutorials on the Exchange (in my opinion, thats all its good for). I'm not sure if you will actually need all the way up to BV to use it, but I marked it anyways cuz the lot got packaged from my regular (with BV) computer. Anyways, the tutorial showed a shoebox house and said they were going to make it not a shoebox house. My house looks similar to the outside, but the landscaping, and the entire interior I came up with myself.

I went a little overboard on the decorating and the lawn, if you download the unfinished version and get rid of all the landscaping, it prolly comes in pretty close to a starter home, though the set up isn't that great for a starting a family. Anyways, have some pics:


Pretty huh? I envisions some newly eldered empy-nesters moving in, ready to enjoy their retirement and friends and family. Though, you can use it for that snooty rich couple if you want too.
