Wow, I've been on MTS2 for a few years (maybe 4?) and this is my first upload on here!

Well anyway, I've uploaded a dorm for your young adult sims to enjoy! This lot has 11 good sized rooms (24 squares each). Each dorm room has a comfy single bed, a desk with a computer, and a dresser. Going from the Dorms, you can either walk around the front or walk over a bridge to the Food & Recreation building. This building has a large kitchen and a large rec. room upstairs with a pool table, a tv with a sitting area, and a study area. Both buildings have a patio with room to add objects to.

I've created this lot because I was getting tired of the original dorms that came with the game. They just did not excite me and I would always redecorate them to my taste. Also, I hated the small rooms. Now your college sims can enjoy on-campus living comfortably. They might not even want to go to class!

I haven't used any CC on this lot and there aren't any hacks, so your game should be safe!

And on a side note: I'm pretty sure you'll need all the expansions and the four stuff packs, but if I'm wrong, please let me know! Thanks! And also, I wasn't sure on the lot size... So I guessed... :\ If that's also wrong, please let me know... Hehe... :P
