Adobe Courtyard fully furnished and landscaped $200K

I've been wanting to make a large adobe with a central courtyard for quite some time...and finally got around to it. Your fortress in the desert awaits you....if you have $200K to buy it, that is. The posh furnishings and plantings are about 3/4ths of the total price; the bare house is about 1/4 of the cost.

The central garden is primarily food-providing plants from Seasons. If you do not want to grow your own lemons and tomatoes, you may want to change these out for plants needing less care. I moved the Ottoman's in (after donating $200K to the cause) and they managed to get a garden club membership with a Wishing Well!!!!!! on day 1--in between potty training, entertaining visitors, calling in sick from work, fertilizing, planting, spraying, etc. Note that the orchard trees already are in need of care, and will suffer some until someone gets a gold gardening badge. So if you plan to join the garden club but are new to gardening, join immediately.

Like any large house, you do have to walk some to get from here to there. In return, you have room for about anything you'd want to own. The visibility is good from the outside, but sweeping through the courtyard on the first floor will often leave trees blocking the view a bit. On the second floor, the trees are below you.
