Colonial Victorian on 3x3 lot, barely furnished for 1 or 2

This is one of my favorite houses, and I have built many versions of it. It's a cross between a Queen Anne Victorian and a Colonial, aka a Colonial Victorian. In this version, all the money is in the house and lot, with only subsistence furnishings, to keep the price under $20K. At $19,960, you will need to get a job quickly. If you need a tiny bit more cash, you can sell the floor in the basement and some of the wallpapers.

The house is on a 3x3 lot, has a fireplace and basement, three bedrooms--two of which are large, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, a kitchen, dining room and living room. I always add a back door (next to where the frig is) and a porch that wraps from front door to back and a small bacony upstairs, with the door where the window at the top of the stairs is located. There is a screen shot of the house upgraded somewhat--it's the night shot--to show what the balcony plus a little landscaping looks like. The basement is not very usable for sims as you cannot see into it well. I keep cat toys, a spare bathroom or the like in basements. I usually put a fireplace upstairs in the master bedroom, but that is not included in the cheap version packaged here.
