When someone thinks of California, images of long beaches, tons of rowed palm trees and the infamous Hollywood sign come to mind. That's SOUTHERN California. LOL

In CENTRAL California (San Fransisco, Sacramento, Oakland..etc), the properties are just a touch different. Yes, we still love our rowed palm trees, prim and proper lawns and an over abundance of windows, but we also enjoy other features. Such as two storied homes that seem a touch more 'traditional', and fireplaces (for those 'cold and freezing 50 degree nights' LOL).

This home was taken (partially) from a Better Homes & Gardens San Fransisco floor plan. The first floor is exact to scale of said floor plan, while the upper half is of my own design. The original design in the BH&G floor plan was merely a single bedroom loft...not very much of a home for those larger Sims families!

Behind the garage there is some room for expansion. The back yard also has room for expansion and/or the addition of lawn decorations, recreation items or whatever else you can put on a lawn
