BaseGame Charleston Sideyard w 'attached garage'

This basegame starter version of a Charleston Sideyard style house features an attached 'garage'. You do NOT need Nightlife or the EA Games / Maxis download of a garage to play the house; you can set the 'garage area' up as a mother-in-law apartment or something else. However, if you have either the download or Nightlife, you can easily insert the driveway and garage door in the slot provided.
The house is barely furnished for 2, meaning you will be napping on the couch and washing up in the sink in the bathroom and cooking hot dogs on the grill until you earn some money to buy more of the basic furnishings. There are not plantings as there is no $$ left to buy them because the basic house plan is expensive.
