Okay, the other day, a brainwave hit me - to build the perfect house for the perfect family! I will upload a lot designed for the family I will upload shortly after. I'm not sure if it is gonna work - but I oughta give it a try, right? I hope you don't think it's a stupid idea. Suggestions/comments welcome, infact I encourage them!

This is the 'Pollard' house-hold (family coming soon). It is a lovely rustic style house furnished for 1-3 sims. Perfect for a growing family. The yard is pretty much empty so you can expand the house if needed or you could add a veg patch or set up a small home business. This house is full of potential. The Pollard family are very lucky to have snapped this house up, very lucky indeed!

*Notes for Players*
This house has no stairs up to the second floor. You will have to add them in yourself - sorry. It would not let me package the lot with them so...
