Downstairs inside is a Bathroom on a split level and stairs down place for Living/Dining and Kitchen. A spiral stairs goes
Upstairs with another Bathroom and place for Bedroom and study.
With trees and plants around it looks much better. But to have it as starter there was no money left for it.
