This is from one of my other neighbourhoods, The Paradise Estate. It is based around what we call a Stately Home in England, ie a very large, classically styled house with extensive grounds.

Well Paradise Hall (which you'll be seeing soon hopefully) is the family home of the Featherstonehaugh (pronounced Fanshaw) clan. Unfortunately times being what they are for the upper classes, Simon the current owner has had to sell off most of the land just to keep up repairs on the family pile.

So here is one of the newly built houses on what used to be the piggeries which backed onto the 50 acre field.

1 Paradise Park is a spacious starter home which comes in at just under 20,000. It is unfurnished, but you get lots of room to start a family and traditional good looks to impress the headmaster or your co-workers with.

Accomodation:
Large living room
Dining Kitchen
Two Bathrooms
Two Bedrooms
Balcony
2x2 lot with space for landscaping etc.

Many thanks to the wonderful CC creators!
*CC note* - for some reason the roof recolour I used didn't show up in the CC list in the packaged lot, so here's the details:
