Hello dearies! It's been a while since I uploaded anything but here I am again, this time with a bright and cheerful little starter home.
This is a fully furnished (well apart from a computer, which the budget wouldn't stretch to) 'shotgun' style house. It's suitable for 1 - 4 sims, has a driveway and space for a tiny garden to the rear. The room at the front, currently a study, would make a second double bedroom if needed.
