Le Vignoble (the vineyard) is a morning view for me, I see this from my bed or from my computer.

The farm I share is mainly a business building with lare garage and working area and an hypothetic vine cave. Upstairs are ome familly room and two bedrooms and a bathroom.


Outside is vineyard or vineyard... with some fruitwoods to draw bees to polinise traditionaly the vineyard (mechanical way is used now).

I wanted to make it for more people as possible so it is a 100%Maxis OFB lot.
I know there is a lot of CC around the wine and vineyard (bottles, barrel or harvestable vineyard even in EP3) but my personal chalenge was a lot without CC...so it is
