My sim building inspiration Sjader sent me photos of a beautiful home in the grape vineyard country of California and this is my version of it. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, living room, open concept family room, dinette, and kitchen, big pool in the back, and lush landscaping. I went crazy with the cc, for which I apologize, but I also offer your purist sims a no cc version. The price of the no cc version is 129,521. Also included is a small file with extra cc which didn't show up in the house file. Sjader always finds the most gorgeous houses for our sims so special thanks to her!
