This is from one of my neighbourhoods, The Paradise Estate. It is based around what we call a Stately Home in England, ie a very large, classically styled house with extensive grounds.

Well Paradise Hall (see my other downloads) is the family home of the Featherstonehaugh (pronounced Fanshaw) clan. Unfortunately times being what they are for the upper classes, Simon the current owner has had to sell off most of the land just to keep up repairs on the family pile.

Here we have Holme Farm, which is one of the original parts of the estate and is still a working Farm. The house has 4 bedrooms and an attached stable (disused). There is a large barn, workshop, greenhouse, orchard and kitchen garden at the back.
