Southhampton Class Destroyer

Another Confed (human) vessel from Wing Commander. This one's a monster, almost the size of the Talahassee class. 4 decks, on a 4x5 lot, with ample space for a crew of 18. I don't have a lot of information on the essential systems, but I'm guessing that if there's a powerplant of some kind, it would be to the far aft, deck 2 or 3 (one of the big rooms). Deck 4, all the way forward, is the bridge.
