Fixes and Previously Released Part 3- 1x1 Tables- includes Functional Tongo Table

This is a few fixes that change some tables I've made, a table that was never available before as a separate download, and a functional version (finally!) of the Tongo table.

Everything here is a start-to-finish makeover, with new GUIDs. Place them in your Downloads folder and overwrite the old version.

All the tables are cloned fron the base-game cheap card table and should be base-game compatible, with the exception of the functional Tongo Table, which requires Nightlife.

Notes:
Dabo table: redone, with smaller textures
Ferengi Ops-Helm: Texture fix (the base now matches the video game consoles)
Firefly Shuttle Console: Fixed placement- it can now be moved, deleted, recolored, etc.
Functional Tongo table: Works like a poker table. This is what i wanted to do from the beginning.
Small Vulcan Console: Previously only available as part of the D'kyr Class download.
Sovereign Class Ops and Helm: Smaller textures
Tongo Table: Smaller base, fixed textures
