---------Brief---------

If you can't guess it says Rhondal Village in the photo spelt in sim-lish. This neighborhood was a requested one by - Jynxthehobbit

It was a nice simple plane she sent me made on pain apparently but knowing me I went all out and adding new roads and landscaping to the neighborhood. They didn't send a name in the request so I thought since I am in the middle of creating Rhondal Drive why not call it Rhondal Village.
