Summerset Bay is a very peaceful place. Very little traffic as most people ride their bikes or just walk. Summerset Island has a very low coastline allowing for the sims of Summerset Bay to build themselves a nice beach front home.
The lots you seen in the pictures are NOT included. (They are all lots from the base game anyway)
