This is the 'Rural Simville Collection'!




Idea:
The idea of the project was that i myself live in a rural part of England and thought there should be a rural part of the sims neighbourhood. The main city is Central Simville and this is a collection of houses that would only be found in the country. It requires all EPs but no SPs so sorry if you are unable to download.

Decription:
There are 6 houses, all of them have 1 floor and come unfurnished, they all have well thought out floor plans by me that are very playable friendly, i dislike to furnish as i think everyone likes houses their own way so you are free to show your creativity here. Pictures of their floor plans and exterior views from front and back can be found in order in the picture attachments.

Other:
All of these houses are in fact starter houses as well and vary in price from around $16,000 to $19,000. They are all on 2x4 lots and have fully functioning driveways, i thought i should point that out as i usally have driveways which are irrusable in other lots but these work FULLY! Just a last point, like all of my downloads they contain absoloutely NO custom content, all there is left to say is enjoy!
