I usually work free, no pictures, no help, just get on and see how it turns out, a lot of the time i do it for about 20 minutes, realised it is completely fail and give up!
This time however i decided to work from a pic of a house, the front is based like the picture but the plan and the rear of the house is unique 
I also got some useful help from the Creator Feedback Forum which was very useful!

Description:
Crumble House is a quant family home set in the countryside of Sunse Valley, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a 2 bathrooms, there is also a living room, dining room, study, kitchen and 2 car garage and 2 car driveway!
Just to let you know, i have put the lot as 4x4 because it is 40x40 in game! Also the 2 prices are furnished and unfurnished prices!
