The Day of the Triffids!!!

The Day of the Triffids by John Wyndham, 1951 - one of science fiction's all-time classics and the archetypal novel of the end of the world.
For anyone who doesn't know (and might be confusing triffids with tribbles!), triffids are large, quasi-intelligent, walking plants of a decidedly homicidal nature. Bioengineered in Russia and farmed for their oil, they are the ultimate in GM nightmares - a vegetable that bites back!
When the light from a strange meteor storm causes the vast majority of people to go blind, the triffids take their chance to escape confinement while human society collapses around them. Suddenly, shockingly, England's green and pleasant land is transformed into an alien environment where it's not even safe to go into the back garden. No longer top of the food chain, humans become prey, rapidly dwindling in number as they are hunted to the brink of extinction.
Will mankind survive?
Will vegetables rule the Earth??

This is a 4x3 lot costing about 68k. There are 4 houses on the lot but only 1 is 'safe' at the moment. It's fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, though you could easily knock through to the adjoining house for more space if needed. Make sure you de-triffid it first though! The other 2 houses are just for show really but could still be used if you wanted.

NOTE: Lock the brown and the white gates and all sims on the lot will be safe from triffid attack. Leave them unlocked and I won't be responsible for the consequences!
