Florence Park nº3 is a small house with one bedroom and one bathroom.
It has what I call off an creative room (to paint and with a desk...).
Besides that only a kitchen and a small living room - basically a house for a single person.
This is indeed my very first upload and the first time I share a house I've done so I guess it's normal if something's not right and if it isn't please tell me!
Only available in furnished version but perhaps in unfurnished soon.
