Hello everyone!

I'm back. I took a leave of absence because of college. I have little to no free time anymore since I started college because of my major. Its been intense. But I haven't been completely absent. I still visit the site to check up on all the great custom items you guys make.

In any case, I bring you the sequel to Moderna Conquista. It is a small contemporary house fit for a single sim or for a couple. The furnished version goes for approx. $65,000 and the unfurnished for $34,000. I hope you enjoy it. Its simple, clean and very playable. Its the best I can do with the time I have. I really enjoyed making it and I think I got the proportions just right. It comes with very little custom content so many of you can download without having to worry about it clogging up your downloads folder.
