The Visagio is a contemporary mediterranean villa inspired by real life estates such as The Firenze whose picture I've provided below. I was not aiming to create a replica of The Firenze. Rather I used basic elements from it to create a completely new house. Upon close comparison you'll see how they resemble each other. This has definitely being the largest undertaking for me to date and I feel very proud for finally completing it.

Features:
It is a beautiful three floor estate built by the sea on a four by five lot. It has four bedrooms (one of them is actually an art studio but ca be turned into a bedroom) and three bathrooms. The house goes for approx. 385,000 simoleons.

UPDATE:

This lot is completely hack free. I've reuploaded the file. It only contains custom content dealing with the structure such as windows, doors, gazebo, etc. It does not contain other custom content objects with the exception of the Tuscan Kitchen set. You must download the rest from the links I provided below in the custom content catalog.
