I tried to make a Sims-version of the house that I used to live in with my parents (they still live there now) and I really like how it turned out. The house is a 200 years old farm, but I decorated it the way it's decorated now (with a couple of changes here and there). It makes a lovely family home now.

There are two floors:

Ground Floor
*hallway
*kitchen
*large living room containing a dining area, sitting area, TV area (split level!!) and a bar
*master bedroom



First Floor
*2 bedrooms
*Bathroom
*Library/study




The driveway is only decorative, but you could make it a real one when you get rid of part of the fence and add the invisible driveway to it (available here at MTS)

I did NOT use any custom content, but you do need university, nightlife and open for bussiness to play this lot.
