The house I'm bringing you is based on a picture I found of an old European Townhouse (it's included, just scroll down to the pictures to see it).

It has 2 floors:
On the groundfloor you have a hallway, the kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a small bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom.

There's no custom content. I tried to look for a fence that looked like the one in the picture, but the only similar one I found was a pay-item on TSR, so it's not included, it's now just a plain Maxis fence
