Description:
Row houses (expanded version of #09) - two houses on one lot, one of them furnished for 1-2 Sims, with driveway + some landscaping/decoration. The other one is unfurnished except for trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, outside lights. For people who like row houses or want to play two households at the same time.

House 1:
1 x double bedroom
3 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/livingroom
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

House 2 (unfurnished):
1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/livingroom
1 x spare room (can be made into two)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. House 1 also has a stove and a dresser, driveway included.

Expandability: Spare room inside the houses, theoretically a third floor.


Recommended hack: Replace the front doors with Inge Jones' keyholder doors (www.simlogical.com, under Downloads > TS2 > Hacked Doors), or use a similar access management system -- otherwise your sims won't know which house is theirs.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
