Centaur Class Starship

This is a smaller starship which began its production run roughly concurrent with the Excelsior class. Essentially it's a destroyer built using Excelsior class components, to avoid the additional cost of designing a new spaceframe. In this respect, it's a "23rd century Constellation class". It shared a lot of the Excelsior class's characteristics, including increased speed and manuverability over previous designs, and began to replace some of starfleet's aging destroyers and light cruisers from this era.


A fairly simple design. It's built on a 4x4 lot, accomodates a crew of 8-10, and costs 86,000. It comes partially furnished. The layout looks like this:
