After doing some starter and slum lots, I wanted to make a bit more bigger house for a sim family or a couple who is retired from work.

It turned out as a landhouse with a garden and a small lake.

It features downstairs:
1 Kitchen
2 Toilets,
1 Bathroom
1 Dining Room
1 Recreation Room (for pushing up your hobbies skills, if you have freetime)
1 Living Room

upstairs:
1 Master Bedroom
1 Kids Bedroom (or Nursery)
1 Bathroom

You will only need the base game for this lot. You don't need any expansion or stuff pack to play it.

Hope you like it, if so - just press thanks.
