I've created this new Edwardian Family inspired by my own actual house. I live in a semidetahced house but what I've done here is imagine that they have been converted an knocked through to create one large family home. Because of this you get a nice mirrored effect with slight differences. The images and the house will say it all so see what you think. The House is fully decorated right down to curtains and plants so you can move straight in or re- furnish as your Sims expand. I have left two rooms vacant upstairs to decorate as you wish.

The house consists of.

Ground Floor:

Entrance Hallways with double staircase.
Formal Sitting Room Reception.
Dining Room - these are in one room together as a throught lounge diner.
Family Living room with TV
Study
Small WC
Kitchen with breakfast bar


To the First Floor:

Large Landing
Family Bathroom with Shower
Master Bedroom with nook containing wardrobe area and luxury bath.
2nd Bedroom with is decorated with single bed
3rd Bedroom decorated for a young baby.
4th AND 5th Rooms are left vacant and un-decorated to do as you wish - Another bedroom? Games room? Den? Extra Bathroom? The choice is yours.


To the rear of the building you have to patio/yard area that link, one with seating area and the other with BBQ Eating facilities. The grounds are fully landscaped with decorative planting to the front.

This is an unusual property which does exist..i live in it.. expect only half lol. I hope you like it, I've spent a lot of time decorating and planning it all with MAXIS BASE GAME items so it is compatible with everyones game.
