Have you wanted to start up your very own Greek House? This residence is ready for you to buy, phone for a charter and get started. The house is set up for a small fraternity/sorority of 1-4 members, with plenty of room to expand. The house is $10,311 in University {46,869 in a regualr residential neighborhood) and has basic furnishings and skill booster. It is on a 4x4 lot.
Your sim will need that much cash to buy and start it. You can send your sim to college with expensive things in their inventory, move them to a dorm, sell the expensive items and then move them into the Greek House as a residence. Phone and ask for a charter. You can either buy a greek letter to get things rolling or wait for a member to 'wander campus' and return with a letter.
