Hi everyone!

Here is a house, a big house, I'm really proud of. I worked hard on it, especially the front part and the garden.

So, this is the Big Bear Manor, it is "mountain style" so you can put in on a mountain vacation lot and it will be a perfect vacation home for your wealthy sims .

There is :
- 3 bedrooms (Classic, "Race Car" and Rustic)
- 3 bathrooms (Groovy, Modern and Old French Style)
- 2 livingrooms, but one is more familial, with a bar and a big tv .
- 1 Kitchen (duh)
- A big Garage
- A spa with a Sauna
- And a Guest House! (with a small kitchen, livingroom and bedroom)

Well, in the pictures, I used Hysterical Paroxysm's bedding, and I'm not sure I put EA's one after I took the pictures, of course if you don't download them there is no problem, they will just appear blue and you can change them with EA beddings. I did not have enough place to put all the pictures I wanted to, so I will put the guest house ones and some others below
