The Squire

Here it is! It took almost a year to actually get around to making the necessary changes for upload, but I finally did it. Inspired by a house that caught my eye for a split second along the Cape Cod Canal, I present my second upload to MTS2, The Squire. It's a handsome colonial for a classy suburban neighborhood. Made with painstaking realism and fine-tuned interior design and landscaping, it should suit your white-collar Sims and hopefully the Community's downloading interests.



The house comes furnished or unfurnished. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 porches, a guesthouse above the 2-car garage, 2 living rooms including the basement, 2 hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), a study, a lumpy-shaped pool in the backyard, gazebo, a fresh-mowed lawn, and a bunch more!



The interior style is mostly from the "mission" collection by Maxis in an attempt to keep cc to a minimum, plus it went well with the beautiful hardwood floors and wall paint, the creators of which I am forever indebted to for designing my signature style. Every room has a (relatively) realistic feel and should be fun to play.



The backyard is typical suburban, with a lumpy-shaped pool and jacuzzi. Okay, so it's a little fancy, but it matches the house well. Then there's the "playroom" style basement. What you do with that space is pretty much up to you!
