The Clifford

I decided to be prompt this time and eliminate my trademark 8-month gap between Creator Feedback Forum and upload, so here it is, house number 3!

It's a 3-4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2-story home built into the side of a hill. It features a fancy pool, eternally freshly-mowed lawns, and comes either furnished or unfurnished. I've always wanted to incorporate the hill-side style into a practical suburban home, and I think I did it.



The interior is pretty classy, with hardwood floors, Behr Premium Plus paint, and Maxis' colonial furniture collection! The Clifford is perfect for families with 2 to 5 sims, because it's just that flexible. Don't worry about playability, either, as long as you have a decent computer. I build houses I would like to play, and I hope others will, too!
