I copied this house (the outside, anyway - there was no floorplan) from one for sale on a real estate site recently. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a small toilet downstairs, a garage, a study nook, open plan living and a separate sitting/TV room. It also has a pool, bbq area and a low maintenance garden. There is no driveway so you'll have to add that yourself.

This lot needs the recolour of Maxis' 'Organically Atomic' floor rug by Holy Simoly.
