Welcome to the pier! Take a swim or a stroll to enjoy the view. Buy the necessaries in the kiosk, hang out at the beach bar – or fry your own wieners.





Adapting kachadar's tutorial, I’ve tried to created a beach typical for a temperate climate. Since there aren’t a lot of swimable beaches as community lots available here I though I’d share.

note - about placement
This lot was build on the Belladonna Cove terrain that comes with AL. So I know for sure that it fits the beach line there. I cannot guarantee that it fits in all terrains, though.

This was one of my first lots here and it needed a major overhaul. - Thanks to voodoomonkey for making me aware of this!
- I've changed some features that I realised didn't work as intended. In order to make it look like the pier stands in water I have used ShanOw's buyable surface. While it looks ok, there's a slight gap between the fake water and the simulated water.

I've not found a way to place it more seamlessly, sadly. It's up to you whether you can live with it or not.
- Some cc has been removed or replaced, and now all the cc is included, so no more shopping list! You'll probably still have to install the custom modular stairs included in the lot yourself. Just get Numenor's scriptorium and you should be good
- This version has been build with AGS and cleaned with CI. I've also tested it, mainly to see how the lot reacted when being reinstalled.
- Of course all images have been updated to reflect the changes.

if you play the lot as an owned business
I've not created the lot with a business in mind. If you want to have sims run it as a business, be aware that the lot comes with a bar and if your playables tend bar there this may cause horrible problems with "met self" memories. There's a fix for that at MATY, the drama fix hack. Don't play without it if you use the lot as a business!
