Green Heights Allotment Gardens, AF, quite some cc

Do the sims in your urban hoods long to get their fingers in the soil? Or maybe they’re looking for somewhere to chill and practice with their band? The Green Heights Allotment Gardens has it all and then some …



The association currently offers six houses for rent. As in all allotment gardens the houses are small – only one room – and primitively equipped. On the topside the rent is doesn’t come cheaper anywhere in town – from 308-468 a week. The shared amenities offer both kitchen and bathing facilities as well as some entertainment.





This lot is fully playable and (a similar lot) has been tested for several days. It is primitive on purpose and sims will have to work a bit in order to take care of their daily needs. The landlord is kept really busy, too, with all the hedges and bushes, but I’ve taken care to place them so that all should be accessible.



Compatibility:
No Celebration or H&M items were used, so the lot will work fine even without those packs if you install with CleanInstaller.

If you run into problems with the OSMPs, this controller by julsfels here at MTS2 toggles invisibility on and off. Very useful...

For small space living these hacks to use inaccessible beds by Inge at Simlogical may also be very useful. They enable sims to use both sides of a double bed even if one stands against the wall.


Note
Use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat in order to rent an apartment with all the furniture. Once the cheat has been activated, shift-click the door to rent the apartment with all its furnishings. Turn off the cheat by typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled false once you’ve used it.
