Starter house on a 1x2 lot, furnished for 1–2 sims, with a spare bedroom and bathroom.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom (empty)
2 x bathroom (1 empty)
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Additional living area upstairs. All basics included plus a stove and a mirror. Playtested in the Base Game.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
