Description:
Starter house for 1-2 Sims. Same principle as 06/06a/06b, but on a 3x3 lot (hence sparsely furnished + no extras) and with porch on the garden side. Open kitchen/dining area, some landscaping, no decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x spare room (unfurnished; can be made into two)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. Enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Basement or attic can be added, perhaps also the whole house extended to the left side (but that would result in a long dark corridor, so it's maybe not a good idea).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
