This house can accomodate 4 to 6 sims. It is lightly furnished and decorated: enough so your sims can move in immediately, but still easy to redecorate! It features a unique raised (split-level) kitchen and dining area that opens on the outdoor pool area. An open corridor on the second floor overlooking the foyer gives the house a spacious and open feel.

The house is small enough to be very playable, yet I've managed to fit in all the basics plus piano, chess set, easel, hot tub, swing-set, and a lot of unnecessary but pleasant furniture!

It's ideal for a couple with grown children, but there is *some* space in the dining area for toddlers to play, and the master bedroom can be converted into a nursery while the parents sleep upstairs. Note that there is not much space for the traditional TV+couches living room set-up.

The high price is largely due to art and expensive furniture - you can definitely fill this house up for much less.

I have also provided an unfurnished version for those who like doing it themselves.
