This was intended to be a modest home for sims with lots of kids and not so much money, but I got a little carried away. You can lower the price significantly by getting cheaper building details though (doors, windows, walls/floors, stairs etc).

This home features a unique spiraling staircase. If you don't like how the staircases overlap on top of each other, you can replace them with crocobaura's Open underneath Maxis stairs.
