11 Metalmark Mews packs a lot of space on very little land. The furnished starter is a great place for a single Sim or a couple to build their skills and savings - and maybe a family. Only the first floor is furnished, which includes a bathroom, kitchen and dining, and bedroom.

The renovated version would be a great place for a bachelor or a small family. The downstairs bedroom is furnished as a study, with the master bedroom upstairs, along with a spare room. The house can sleep up to 6 sims, not counting the large, unfinished basement.
