Once in the past this area was a nifty one, they say... But, for a reason no-one remembers, it has been abandoned and remained forgotten for years.
One day Barth Simberter, a great adventurer, rediscovered it and tried to bring it to life again. Little by little some Sims returned to leave in the Forgotten Area, trying to renovate it with their hands and their own resources.

Do you want your sims to share this great adventure ? If yes bring them to rent an apartment in the Forgotten Suburbs.

The lot is composed by 3 buildings for a total of 5 fully furnished apartments.
2 building have 2 apartments each and the smaller building has 1 apartment.

4 apartments are for 2 Sims to leave in and 1 apartment is for 3 Sims.

In the community part are :
1 recreation area with swings, chess and a piano; 1 poker table, 1 coffee machine, 1 barbecue with pic nic table.

The lot was made with AGS - no Sp required
Cleaned with Sims2pack Clean Installer - no hacks.

Marvine's ladder with animation is fully playable and Sims can climb it easily. Thank to Marvine for her great creation.
